Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days. Once in production, items typically ship out within 2–7 business days. Please note that these timelines may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times
We currently ship primarily within Canada, with some availability for U.S. customers. Shipping times are estimated as follows:

• Canada: 2–7 business days after fulfillment

• United States: 3–9 business days after fulfillment

Please allow additional time for remote or rural addresses.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product type, quantity, and delivery destination.

Multiple Packages
As some items may be fulfilled by different production partners, you may receive your order in multiple shipments. You’ll receive a tracking number for each package when it ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please first check your tracking information. If your item appears delayed or lost, contact us at Albertasupplyco2025@gmail.com and we’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
